Diskussionen om huruvida det \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt har alltid diskuterats flitigt bland forskare och pedagoger. \u00c4r det m\u00f6jligt att l\u00e4ra l\u00e5gpresterande elever alla avancerade f\u00e4rdigheter som beh\u00f6vs p\u00e5 h\u00f6gre niv\u00e5? Skulle det vara f\u00f6r sent eller kostsamt att satsa p\u00e5 att dessa barn ska n\u00e5 upp till en godk\u00e4nd niv\u00e5 i t.ex. matematik eller spr\u00e5k?<\/p>\n<p>En\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2015\/02\/01\/opinion\/sunday\/intense-tutoring-can-close-the-math-gap.html?_r=1\">artikel i New York Times<\/a>\u00a0tar upp ett mycket intressant fall fr\u00e5n Chicago som tycks bevisa att det \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt. I Chicago har man inom ramen f\u00f6r programmet<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cityofchicago.org\/city\/en\/depts\/mayor\/press_room\/press_releases\/2014\/jan\/match-program-closing-the-achievement-gap-for-cps-students.html\">\u00a0Match<\/a>\u00a0satsat p\u00e5 att \u00f6ka matematikkunskaperna hos \u00f6ver 1\u00a0000 l\u00e5gpresterande pojkar i \u00e5ldern 15 \u00e5r. Detta har skett genom en timmes intensivundervisning om dagen, med tv\u00e5 elever per l\u00e4rare. Resultat var sl\u00e5ende! Pojkarnas kunskaper i matematik \u00f6kade och det gjorde \u00e4ven deras kunskap i \u00f6vriga \u00e4mnen. Programmet vittnar om att det inte beh\u00f6vs mycket extra tid f\u00f6r att elever ska utvecklas och n\u00e5 m\u00e5l som tidigare varit om\u00f6jliga.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e5ra kunder har liknande erfarenheter. Majoritet av v\u00e5ra kunder har Studybuddy hj\u00e4lp en g\u00e5ng i veckan 2 timmar \u00e5t g\u00e5ngen.
